Data Protection & Privacy Policy

This policy outlines how we deal with personal information that is disclosed to Tumble Bees when registering for classes.

What Information Do We Need

As a minimum we require the following information:

- Parent/Carer Name, Email Address and Contact Telephone

- Child's Name, Date of Birth and any Medical Conditions

- Emergency Contact Details

Our on-line booking system also asks for address which is not compulsory.

Why Do We Need Personal Details

Parent/Carer details are required in order to keep in contact and advise of class details, new terms, request payment etc.

Child's name is taken to address child correctly. Date of birth is to know the child's age and coach accordingly. Medical conditions need to be understood in order to deal with any complications and avoid health risks.

Emergency contact details are required in the event of an accident to parent/carer or child then a known contact can be advised of the problem.

Address details are taken to understand where our customer base is built up from.

Do We Share Your Details

Information is not shared without your prior consent. The only exception would be in the event of a legal or other legitimate reason that means it's necessary to provide such information.

Class Photographs & Videos

Parent/carers are not permitted to take photos or videos of children in class unless they have consent from parent/carer or other children visible in the photo/video. There is to be no posting on social media or sharing of any photos and videos that contain other children without consent from all parent/carers of children concerned.

The only time photo are encouraged is the end of term when children are being awarded certificates. Parent/Carers are asked to keep their children out of the pictures of others. This way only the parent/carers of their own children will have photos of their own children, for which they can do as they wish, i.e upload to social media etc.

From time to time Tumble Bees requires photos/videos of children for promotional purposes and these are only ever with written consent from parent/carer of every child involved.
